HP "quick move in" inventory properties (called conversions, that is, converting already investor owned homes into accepting our lease option clients) are updated once a week. They don't last long, but we have new rent 2 own homes coming in all of the time. These homes usually can be lease optioned with lower monthly payment terms than through our HP new home buying process, which is our main product. However, these properties below are beautiful homes and they do meet our HP standards and are offered with our HP lease option benefits. If one of these homes is the right one for you, or you are in a hurry, it is a smart choice! All of our lease option conversion properties require a nominal $2,000.00 non refundable purchase option deposit plus normal lease deposits of rent times two for total move in. If renting only, deposit is rent times two.
